English, Joel A. “Putting the OO in MOO: Employing Environmental Interaction.” Taking Flight With OWLs: Examining Electronic Writing Center Work. Eds. James A. Inman and Donna N. Sewell. London: Lawrence Erlbaum Ass., Inc., 2000. 171-179.
