Mabrito, Mark. “E-Mail Tutoring and Apprehensive Writers: What Research Tells Us.” Taking Flight With OWLs: Examining Electronic Writing Center Work. Eds. James A. Inman and Donna N. Sewell. London: Lawrence Erlbaum Ass., Inc., 2000. 141-147.
